THE PROJECT
A connected display layout for the bakery’s retail space.
CanExhibit completed the shelving installation for La Rose Bakery on June 12, 2026. The work brought together perimeter shelving, lower central runs and end displays in the Etobicoke store.
The photographs show the installation stage before stocking. Light wood-effect panels and metal shelf edges give the different sections a consistent appearance across the retail area.

Use the perimeter
Taller wall shelving creates product-facing space around the edge of the retail area.

Define the aisles
Lower central gondola runs divide the sales floor into display aisles.

End shelving adds another display surface and connects the fixture sections visually.

The completed shelving establishes the store’s display arrangement before merchandise is added. The accompanying site video records an earlier point in the installation.
