BEFORE YOU START

Your cleanout questions, answered.

Can you handle the whole store cleanout?

We can coordinate fixture dismantling, removal, handling and space clearing, with recovery, recycling or disposal included where agreed. We confirm what is coming out, what stays and the handover condition before work begins.

Will you buy the fixtures or sell them for us?

Send photos, dimensions, quantities and the fixture location. We assess whether purchase, resale or another recovery route is practical. Not every item has resale value, and any offer or arrangement is confirmed before you commit.

Do I have to book a full cleanout to sell fixtures?

No. You can inquire about fixtures only. Tell us what you have, where it is located, whether it is assembled and when it needs to be removed.

What does broom-clean handover include?

It means removing the agreed fixtures, loose materials and debris, then sweeping the cleared space. Repairs, reinstatement, deep cleaning and specialist work are separate unless specifically included in the agreed scope.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes. We can review vacated retail units and other commercial spaces, identify the fixtures and contents to remove, and coordinate around site access and handover requirements.

How much does a store cleanout cost?

Cost depends on the site size, fixture quantities, dismantling requirements, access, transportation and disposal needs. Any practical recovery opportunity is considered separately as part of the agreed project proposal.

Where do you work, and how do I get started?

We consider store cleanout and fixture removal projects across Canada. Share your location, fixtures and handover date so we can review access, recovery options and scheduling.
