This Privacy Policy explains how CanExhibit collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal information when you contact us, request a quote, use our website, or communicate with us through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or other business channels.

Depending on how you interact with CanExhibit, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, store or project location, store type, approximate store size, opening or project timeline, fixture requirements, photographs, measurements, floor plans, quotation details and other information you choose to provide.

When you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or a Meta lead-generation experience, we may also receive the information you submit through those services together with basic account or conversation information made available to us by the platform.

2. How we collect information

We may collect personal information when you submit a website form, send us an email, call or text us, message us through Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, request a quotation, provide project documents or photographs, purchase or sell fixtures, or otherwise communicate with CanExhibit.

Our website and third-party platforms may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source and similar usage data through cookies, analytics tools or platform technologies.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information for reasonable business purposes connected with your relationship with CanExhibit, including to:

  • understand, assess and qualify store setup, fixture, removal, delivery, installation or asset-recovery projects;

Those platforms also process information under their own privacy policies and terms. CanExhibit does not control the privacy practices of Meta or other independent third-party services.
