CLEANOUT PROJECT · KINGSTON, ONTARIO
A large retail cleanout in progress. Fixture dismantling, sorting and handling across the 32,000+ sq. ft. former Toys “R” Us store in Kingston, Ontario.

THE PROJECT
This project documents an ongoing store cleanout at the former Toys “R” Us location in Kingston. The September 2026 update shows work in progress across a retail space of more than 32,000 sq. ft.
The photographs capture dismantled fixture components spread, grouped and stacked across the floor, together with the team handling the shelving. They document the removal stage rather than a completed handover.
Fixture components are taken apart as the cleanout progresses.
Shelves and other parts are grouped and stacked across the site.
The space, access routes and fixture handling need to work together as the project develops.
